This return and exchange policy applies only to online purchases made through our website www.specialtgroup.com.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Personalized and custom items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.

2. Special T will equally exchange any defective* item if notified within 14 days of order date. To proceed with an exchange, customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling 1-800-966-0737 ext. 500. After receiving the new item(s) in the mail, place any defective item in the box or envelope accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, RMA number, and customs documents (if applicable). Defective merchandise must be shipped back to Special T using the shipping label provided. Re-secure the box or envelope and send to Special T Group Events Inc. 878 Viewfield Road, Victoria, British Columbia, V9A 4V1.
